Pratus is providing sustainability advisory services for the University of Toronto Scarborough Academy of Medicine and Integrated Health (SAMIH), coordinating LEED v4 BD+C and Healthcare Silver certification across five campus facilities. The project targets high-performance energy standards aligned with U of T’s Tri-Campus Energy Charter.
Pratus is supporting rapid infrastructure upgrades at Mission Flats to enable 5MW of high-performance computing. The design targets 30kW per cabinet with rear door heat exchangers on a 100% chilled water loop, leveraging existing river loop cooling and utility capacity to meet aggressive deployment timelines.
Pratus is delivering engineering and sustainability services for a 200-unit residential tower in Peel Region, targeting CaGBC Zero Carbon and Peel Net Zero standards. The project includes Net Zero and embodied carbon analysis, energy modeling, and continuous carbon performance tracking.
Pratus is supporting the delivery of the new Division 41 Toronto Police Headquarters, a 65,000 sq. ft. secure facility requiring confidential coordination, secure file management, and NDA-bound design processes.
Major renovation transforms Hamilton’s FirstOntario Centre with upgraded concourses, roof, lounges, and 80,000 sq. ft. of new public space.
Pratus supported the Toronto Zoo Conservation Campus redevelopment with TGS Tier 2 Energy Modelling, Net Zero Emissions Study, and embodied carbon analysis, aligning with CaGBC’s Zero Carbon Standard.
Pratus completed full commissioning for a Tier II Uptime Institute-certified data centre, delivering a five-level commissioning process including IST and comprehensive witness and verification testing to meet critical infrastructure standards.
Pratus is delivering Cx and IST services for the LeBreton Flats development in Ottawa—a 608-unit, mixed-use project targeting LEED Gold, Zero Carbon, and One Planet certification. The project integrates advanced M&E systems, wastewater heat recovery, and photovoltaic panels.
The Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA) Redevelopment Project involves the design and construction of a new 335,000 sq ft. healthcare campus in Moosonee and a new 15,000 sq ft Ambulatory Care Centre on Moose Factory Island in Ontario.
Pratus is involved in the delivery of 322 non-profit housing units in Hamilton, including townhomes, mid-rise apartments, and a public community garden. The project supports sustainable, affordable, and age-friendly living, with a design that integrates into the escarpment-edge neighbourhood.
Pratus is supporting the redevelopment of Ronald McDonald House Toronto with a 13-storey, 25,000 sq. ft. expansion featuring 22 new suites and enhanced common areas. The project targets LEED Platinum and is exploring CaGBC’s Zero Carbon Design Standard to meet future-focused sustainability goals.
