Mission Flats
KAMLOOPS, BC, CA
The Mission Flats project involves the rapid deployment of an initial phase of infrastructure upgrades to support 5MW of high-performance computing within an existing data centre.
This temporary phase prioritizes speed to operation by utilizing readily available equipment from multiple sources, which may result in varying system topologies throughout the facility. The design team is actively working to streamline configurations to reduce complexity while meeting the project’s aggressive timelines. The system will be designed for a power density of approximately 30kW per cabinet and will incorporate rear door heat exchangers operating on a 100% chilled water loop.
Cooling for this phase will leverage the site’s existing river loop system, utilizing installed heat exchangers, pumps, and piping infrastructure. Sufficient utility power is available to support the full anticipated load.
