Pratus Group supported the Town of Caledon and Region of Peel by developing Community Energy and Emissions Plans that explore net-zero pathways, district energy feasibility, and long-term sustainability goals. Through detailed energy modelling and stakeholder collaboration, the project helped identify strategies to lower carbon emissions, inform land-use planning, and advance innovative solutions for one of Ontario’s first municipal low-carbon community plans.

Pratus Group guided FCM’s Green Municipal Fund renewal, adding robust carbon targets and peer-learning funds to drive sustainable, resilient communities.

Pratus Group led research, stakeholder interviews, and design for CAGBC’s Burying Carbon in Concrete initiative—publishing an April 2025 Market Primer and a 2026 procurement guide for lower-carbon concrete.

Pratus were retained by KingSett Capital to undertake a study of one of their investment portfolios to benchmark greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and set carbon reduction targets.
