Located at 665 Albert Street, this transformative mixed-use development includes two towers (36 and 31 storeys) with 608 rental units—41% designated as affordable housing—and 25,800 sq. ft. of non-residential space, including retail and a daycare.
The project targets LEED Gold, CaGBC Zero Carbon, and One Planet Living certification, integrating sustainability strategies such as wastewater heat recovery and photovoltaic panels. Pratus provided commissioning (Cx) and integrated systems testing (IST), addressing the complexity of the project’s mechanical and electrical systems. Our team led detailed reviews of the Owner’s Project Requirements and schematic design, and collaborated closely with the design team to develop comprehensive Cx plans and IST protocols, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
