Pratus is providing sustainability advisory services for the University of Toronto Scarborough Academy of Medicine and Integrated Health (SAMIH), coordinating LEED v4 BD+C and Healthcare Silver certification across five campus facilities. The project targets high-performance energy standards aligned with U of T’s Tri-Campus Energy Charter.
Pratus is delivering engineering and sustainability services for a 200-unit residential tower in Peel Region, targeting CaGBC Zero Carbon and Peel Net Zero standards. The project includes Net Zero and embodied carbon analysis, energy modeling, and continuous carbon performance tracking.
The Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA) Redevelopment Project involves the design and construction of a new 335,000 sq ft. healthcare campus in Moosonee and a new 15,000 sq ft Ambulatory Care Centre on Moose Factory Island in Ontario.
Pratus is involved in the delivery of 322 non-profit housing units in Hamilton, including townhomes, mid-rise apartments, and a public community garden. The project supports sustainable, affordable, and age-friendly living, with a design that integrates into the escarpment-edge neighbourhood.
Pratus is supporting the redevelopment of Ronald McDonald House Toronto with a 13-storey, 25,000 sq. ft. expansion featuring 22 new suites and enhanced common areas. The project achieved its targets of LEED Platinum and CAGBC’s Zero Carbon Design Standard to meet future-focused sustainability goals.
