Our Work
From concept to commissioning, our work spans every phase of high-performance building design. See what's possible when sustainability meets expertise.
Pratus is supporting rapid infrastructure upgrades at Mission Flats to enable 5MW of high-performance computing. The design targets 30kW per cabinet with rear door heat exchangers on a 100% chilled water loop, leveraging existing river loop cooling and utility capacity to meet aggressive deployment timelines.
Pratus is supporting the delivery of the new Division 41 Toronto Police Headquarters, a 65,000 sq. ft. secure facility requiring confidential coordination, secure file management, and NDA-bound design processes.
Major renovation transforms Hamilton’s FirstOntario Centre with upgraded concourses, roof, lounges, and 80,000 sq. ft. of new public space.
Pratus supported the Toronto Zoo Conservation Campus redevelopment with TGS Tier 2 Energy Modelling, Net Zero Emissions Study, and embodied carbon analysis, aligning with CaGBC’s Zero Carbon Standard.
Pratus completed full commissioning for a Tier II Uptime Institute-certified data centre, delivering a five-level commissioning process including IST and comprehensive witness and verification testing to meet critical infrastructure standards.
Pratus is delivering Cx and IST services for the LeBreton Flats development in Ottawa—a 608-unit, mixed-use project targeting LEED Gold, Zero Carbon, and One Planet certification. The project integrates advanced M&E systems, wastewater heat recovery, and photovoltaic panels.
Pratus is supporting the redevelopment of Ronald McDonald House Toronto with a 13-storey, 25,000 sq. ft. expansion featuring 22 new suites and enhanced common areas. The project achieved its targets of LEED Platinum and CAGBC’s Zero Carbon Design Standard to meet future-focused sustainability goals.
