New 65,000 sq. ft., 2-Storey building to house Toronto Police Services New Division 41 South East District Headquarters. The new Division 41 Headquarters is being designed to consist of program areas, including operational office space, locker rooms, cells, firearm storage, interview rooms, administration space, community meeting areas, and underground garage parking for approximately 250 vehicles and a sally port.

Due to the nature of the client (Toronto Police) and the project, the project details are confidential in nature. This introduces challenges of coordinating with equipment manufacturers and other disciplines.

This required the design team to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Most meetings are held in person only, and files are transferred to the project team by a secure means.
