77 & 99 Gerrard Street West includes two multi-unit residential apartment buildings located at Bay Street & Gerrard Street West in Toronto, Ontario. The total gross floor area of the project is 616,770 ft2. Both buildings contain ground-level retail and share 5 levels of residential and commercial underground parking. 77 Gerrard Street West was constructed in 1977 and 99 Gerrard Street West, a 32-storey addition to the west end of the building, was completed in 2020.

77 & 99 Gerrard St West received 1-star Fitwel certification under v2.1 Multifamily Residential.

The Commercial Office Building project is a proposed speculative 6-storey building located in Toronto, Ontario. The space will feature ground floor retail and underground parking and is approximately 113,000 square-feet in size. The scope of work is to include core and shell space on typical floors delivered in a loft-style open ceiling state. The aim of the project is to attract tenants from the creative and technology sectors.

700 University Avenue is a 20 storey, class A commercial office building located in the downtown core of Toronto, Ontario with direct underground access to the Toronto Transit Commission Subway Line 1. The building is approximately 1.3 million square-feet and includes commercial office space, medical offices, retail space and various restaurants and amenities. 700 University Avenue was constructed in 1975 for Ontario Hydro and today it is owned by KingSett Capital, with Triovest Realty Advisors acting as a third-party property manager. The building achieved BOMA BEST Gold certification.

The Davis Residence at Bakerfield is a master planned community of modern condominiums and affordable rental apartments located at 175 Deerfield Road in Newmarket, Ontario. Phase 1 is a 15-storey apartment complex, approximately 216,000 ft2 in size with 216 units and Phase 2 is a 15-story condominium, approximately 194,000 ft2, in size with 219 units. Each building will feature a combination of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units.

The all-female led development is a mixed-use residential building located in the bustling Queensway Village in Toronto, Ontario. The building is 9-storeys containing 197 units, ground level retail, shared amenities, and two levels of underground parking, totaling 187,475 square-feet.

The Allianz Global Assistance project is a proposed 1-storey commercial office interior fit-out approximately 75,000 square-feet located in Cambridge, Ontario. The scope of work includes a fit-up of approximately 38,666 square-feet and a shell sublease space of approximately 36,334 square-feet. The project achieved LEED Silver certification under LEED v4 Interior Design + Construction.

Briarwood Development Group is constructing two new multi-unit residential buildings located in Newmarket, Ontario. The project consists of Tower A and Tower B, both are mixed-use residential buildings with ground level retail.  The total gross floor area of the project is approximately 26,060 meters-squared. Two levels of underground parking will be provided including 320 spaces, as well as an additional 49 spaces above grade. Briarwood intends to construct both towers simultaneously. The project is seeking LEEDv4 BD+C for New Construction certification, as well as the Region of York Incentive.

385 The West Mall is a proposed mixed-use project that includes two new multi-unit residential buildings located in the Etobicoke West Mall neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario. The North building is 14-storeys and includes approximately 20,971 meter-squared of residential area and approximately 1,545 meter-squared of retail space. The South building is 30-storeys and includes approximately 23,1842 meter-squared of residential area and approximately 6,749 meter-squared of non-residential space. North Building will feature 268 residential units and South Building will feature 308 residential units. There are 12 units of town houses on the ground floor. Three levels of underground parking will be provided for each building.

The Junction House is a new development, with an emphasis on livability, located in the Junction neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario. The New Industrial Building A & B project consists of two proposed industrial warehouse buildings on a 9-acre site, located in the community of Bramalea South Industrial in Brampton, Ontario. Both buildings are approximately 19,999 square-feet, and each include 1,991 square-feet of office space. Each building offers ground-level parking, with a total of 48 spaces and 143 trailer parking spaces. As per the City of Brampton’s Sustainable Community Program, 3 Walker Drive achieved a Sustainability Score of 44 points.
