140 Merton Street is a new 29-storey tower on a five-storey podium with 294 residential units, delivered under the City of Toronto’s Housing Now program. The building includes community-use leasable space and two levels of underground parking with 46 vehicle stalls. Targeting Toronto Green Standard Tier 2, the project advances high performance, resident comfort, and long-term operating value while meeting CMHC funding energy requirements. Pratus is leading TGS Tier 2 coordination and energy modelling, and Quasar Consulting Group is providing the mechanical and electrical design.
